The Fun Cup Endurance Championship is delighted to announce that it has partnered with Hankook Tyre UK on a multiyear deal!
Championship Director, Paul Rose commented “Hankook have a good relationship with Fun Cup in Europe and have been monitoring the UK championship for a number of years. Having received very positive feedback from the French and Belgian championships about the tyre as well as running a number of tyre test days of our own during the winter months, we believe the tyres are a fantastic fit on our cars.”
Paul Rose continued “We’re called the Fun Cup Endurance Championship, so it was very important for us to find a tyre that does the duration of our long distance races, whilst providing fantastic feedback and most of all, adds to the fun driving experience these awesome cars are so well known for; we believe we have that in the Hankook RS4 tyre. The Fun Cup race cars love to dance through the corners and the RS4 tyre seems to compliment that wonderfully whilst providing a superb level of consistency throughout the long runs we completed during testing. A handful of drivers have already begun testing the tyres this week with the best feedback you could ask for, so we can’t really ask for much more!”
The Fun Cup Endurance Championship will use the excellent Hankook RS4 tyre as the controlled tyre for the championship, with stock now available, barcoded, branded and ready to go racing!
