Provisional Timetable

Friday 1st December

Testing 10 am – 1 pm

Lunch 1 pm – 2 pm

Testing 2 pm – 4 pm

Qualifying 5 pm – 6 pm

Saturday 2nd December

Race 1 start 9 am – 1 pm

Lunch 1 pm – 3 pm

(We hope to arrange lunch for everyone in the circuit restaurant. Confirmation to follow).

Race 2 start 3 pm – 7 pm

Fees
The race entry fee for all private teams is £2850 (plus vat) (discounted rate).

£3050 after September 1st.

Travel
We are currently looking into hotel and ferry deals and will update you in due course.There is a hotel which is 2 minutes away from the circuit and we hope to be able to take this over for all of our teams. Please wait for us to update you further, before making any hotel bookings.

Flybe and Easyjet have return flights from various airports for under £100 pounds.

Confirmation of your booking
We have a large number of Fun Cup teams who have verbally confirmed that they wish to take part in this fabulous event.

However, it is important that you now work with us to help secure the venue and ensure that the trip is a great success; it is extremely important that you now confirm your place with a deposit.

We can not book the venue until we have received all of the deposits, so please help us to plan and secure the circuit, by making payment as soon as possible!

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, unless the event does not go ahead.
